We are seeking a Psychology Lecturer to join our esteemed educational institution in Swindon. This is a temporary position, working 2 days per week. As a Psychology Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating engaging discussions on various psychology topics to A level students.

Hourly rate: £25 per hour

Job Duties

  • Prepare and deliver lectures on psychology topics to a level Psychology students.
  • Facilitate interactive discussions and engage students in critical thinking.
  • Develop and update course materials, including lecture slides, handouts, and assignments.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Evaluate and grade students’ assignments, exams, and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of psychology.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow faculty members.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and assessment processes.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in various areas of psychology.
  • Proven experience in teaching or instructing students in an academic setting.
