Apply nowProtocol are working with a Further Education College based in Liverpool to help recruit for ESOL Lecturers to deliver ESOL to students on their courses of study.
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) lessons to a diverse group of learners.
- Assess students’ language skills and monitor their progress.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials to support students’ language development.
- Provide feedback to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CELTA, DELTA) – Cambridge CELTA / Trinity TESOL Qualification
- Proficiency in English language teaching methodologies.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- A Level 5 Teaching Qualification
- DBS on update service.
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching ESOL classes
- Experience in developing curriculum and lesson plans
