Job Title: ESOL Maths Lecturer

Location: Isleworth, London

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours

 

Protocol are looking for an experienced ESOL Entry Level Maths lecturer to support in their ESOL department.

This position is 15 hours per week.

 

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality ESOL Maths lessons to learners
  • Assess students’ abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit the needs of diverse learners
  • Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, TEFL, CELTA)
  • Specialism in ESOL and Maths
  • Excellent command of English language

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ESOL teaching methodologies
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology
