This role works to produce food with level 1 and level 2 learners to be sold in one of the catering outlets to prepare for lunch services including hot dish, salad, sandwich and soup.
You’ll require:
- Experience of teaching in a kitchen workshop environment producing menu items for a realistic catering environment.
- Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
