ESOL Tutor, Middlesex

ESOL Tutor (Level 1 Ascentis examinations) – Southall 

The college are looking for an experienced ESOL Tutor to deliver sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting on the 7th May to students preparing for the Level 1 Ascentis exams.

The Roles; 
This role is offering hours on Monday 9.30-12, Wednesday 1.5-3.15, Friday 9.30-12 + 12.45-3.15 starting on the 7th May and running on a temporary on-going basis. 
You will be working within the colleges ESOL/ Languages department, supporting, teaching, training and assessing ESOL students at level 1 on their courses of study. You will be responsible for delivering education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.

The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about ESOL and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.

Have you got what it takes?

• A qualification in a relevant subject (ESOL/ TEFL/ CELTA) 
• A teaching qualification
• Experience delivering ESOL to Level 1 
• Experience and familiarity with the Level 1 Ascentis Exam
