Sports Tutor, Merseyside

Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Birkenhead in their search for an experienced Sports Lecturer (Protective services) to deliver to students across a range of levels within the college.

The role;

• This role is offering 24.5 hours per week split over Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
• Contract until 28th June 2024.
• You will be working within the colleges Sport department, supporting, teaching, training and assessing Sport students on their courses of study. You will be delivering Level 1, 2 and level 3 programmes, planning, delivering and assessing as well as picking up some outstanding marking.

The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about Sport and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.

Have you got what it takes?

• A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (Sport & Protective services) 
• A teaching qualification
• Experience delivering Sports (Protective services) in a Further Education setting.
• DBS on the update service.
