Protocol are working closely with a Further Education college based in Boston in their search for an experienced Digital Education Manager to shape the future of digital learning within the organization.

The role;
This role is offering Full time hours on a Permanent basis with a salary up to £41,711 per annum, with the option to work on a hybrid model, blending remote and in-person responsibilities
As the Digital Education Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the colleges digital landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute an innovative digital strategy that enhances the educational experience for both our staff and students.

You will oversee the management of digital college systems, ensuring they operate seamlessly to support our academic mission. Additionally, you will play a key role in project bids and outcomes, contributing your expertise to secure valuable resources for our institution’s growth.
Leading a team of Digital Education Specialists, you will drive the development of digital skills across our organization. Your leadership will empower our staff and students to leverage digital technology for personal and professional advancement. Moreover, you will represent the College at regional and national digital events and conferences, elevating our profile within the educational community. Your focus will extend to managing our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Scheduled Online Learning and Assessment (SOLA) systems, ensuring they provide a dynamic and effective platform for teaching and learning.

Have you got what it takes?

  • A good understanding of Edtech
  • Experience using digital technology for personal and professional advancement
  • Able to help develop the current system at the college 
  • Experience managing Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Scheduled Online Learning and Assessment (SOLA) systems
