Job Title: Personal Development Tutor

Salary:

£21,096.35 – £23,020.10 Per annum (Full-time)

£12,657.80 – £13,812.06 per annum (Part-time)

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive personal development sessions to learners
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans to support student progress
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their personal development goals
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering personal development programmes

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
