Position: Mini Bus Driver
Location: Stamford 
Start Date: August 2024
Employment Type: Part-Time (Academic Year)
Hourly Rate: £11.66 per hour plus holiday pay

Working Hours:

POSITION 1:

  • Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

POSITION 2: 

  • Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Mini Bus Driver to join our team for the upcoming academic year starting in August 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students on a designated route during the specified hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the mini bus during the scheduled times
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers
  • Perform routine checks on the vehicle before and after each journey
  • Maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance needs of the mini bus
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid D1 driving license
  • Previous experience as a mini bus driver is preferred
  • Excellent driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable
