Are you passionate about cooking, budgeting, and helping others live better for less?
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Course Tutor to deliver the popular Cooking on a Budget course to adult learners. This unique course combines the fundamentals of cooking with personal finance tips to empower adult learners to create nutritious, affordable meals for their families.

You will lead a supportive and engaging course that helps learners:

• Cook wholesome, homemade meals on a tight budget

• Understand basic nutrition and food labelling

• Plan and prepare batch meals

• Use leftovers creatively and reduce food waste

• Save money through smarter food shopping and budgeting strategies

You’ll also introduce learners to further learning pathways, including personal finance, budgeting, or cookery for income.

We are looking for:

• Experience in cooking, nutrition, or household budgeting (formal qualifications desirable but not essential)

• A warm, inclusive teaching style and the ability to engage adult learners

• Passion for helping others develop practical life skills

• Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
