 Permanent Business Lecturer
Location: Northamptonshire
Contract: Full-Time (37 hours/week)
Salary: £33,487 – £39,941 per annum
Start Date: September 2025

 

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Lecturer to join our curriculum team. This full-time role involves delivering engaging lessons across Further and Higher Education programmes and supporting student success.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach full-time, part-time, and short course students
  • Act as a course tutor, supporting progress, attendance, and wellbeing
  • Help shape the curriculum based on industry needs
  • Support student recruitment and attend promotional events
  • Maintain records and uphold quality assurance standards
  • Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusivity
  • Work with colleagues to improve resources and teaching

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or vocational equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Analytics
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to gain one)
  • Experience in business management or teaching BTEC Level 3
