The role

You will be tasked with finding the very best talent for clients within the education sector nationwide! You may be working with colleges, local authorities, charities and universities to name but a few

This varied role will have you chatting with amazing clients and candidates alike, so the ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a personable approach.

Protocol are already well-established within the Education and Skills sector; however, we are seeking the most prestigious talent to help us in our continued growth and journey to take over the recruitment world!

Experience in sales and recruitment is a must for this position, and you will be able to forge strong relationships with both clients and candidates with your excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and passion for recruitment! You will be working on an already established desk in terms of both candidates and clients working on both temporary and permanent roles. Are you hungry to learn and progress? Excellent – we have developed a market-leading training plan for each and every one of our employees, which contains inductions, group and whole company training sessions.

Do you get fed up of being confined to a desk day in, day out? Whilst this is predominantly an office-based role, you will get regular opportunities to visit other Protocol offices, events and conferences off-site!
