We are continuing to excel and grow within the recruitment industry and as part of this we have opened a new office based in the North West, to look after our Higher Education division.

The role

You will be tasked with finding the very best talent for clients within the Higher Education sector nationwide! This varied role will have you chatting with amazing clients and candidates alike, so the ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a personable approach. You will work closely with the Head of Higher Education Recruitment to develop long lasting, preferred and exclusive partnerships to maximise sales opportunities within those active and prospect clients and to develop and deliver a strong market proposition.

  • Business Development through calls, mailers, visits and candidate introductions
  • Client / Key Account Relationship Management
  • Candidate management and after-care.

Experience in recruitment or sales is essential for this position, as you will need to hit the ground running! Are you hungry to learn and progress?
