Recruitment Consultant (Skills & Training) – Nottingham
£17k-£24k per annum (dependant on experience) + uncapped commission + benefits

Our Skills and Training team specialise in supporting Training Organisations nationwide on either a temporary or permanent basis. Our newly established team have achieved great success, providing an exceptional service to clients and building long term partnerships. Due to this, we are now seeking an ambitious and driven consultant to help take this team to the next level of excellence.
What does it take to be a Recruitment Consultant?
Honestly, a lot of resilience, drive, determination and motivation! In recruitment, just like any other business, there are good days and bad days. Here at Protocol, we celebrate together on the good days, whilst supporting and lifting each other on the bad. Therefore, a dedicated team player is essential.
You will be working on finding the best talent for a range of clients such as Training Providers, Local Authorities or End-Point Assessment Organisations. We support any organisation, from SME’s to organisations with a £40billion turnover! You will be first on hand to support with any recruitment needs, this may be by helping them find a short-term, temporary member of staff, or a permanent addition to their team.
This varied role will have you chatting with amazing clients and candidates alike, so the ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a personable approach.
