Protocol operates exclusively in the Education, Skills and Training sector. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent recruitment services across both academic and non-academic roles; and at every level in an organisation from Chief Executive to support staff – and from temporary and interim to permanent appointments. Dedicated teams work on named accounts; with specialist teams working with independent training providers, colleges and universities.

The role
Using a range of digital means, you will source candidates of the highest quality to meet the client’s recruitment needs, this will include posting job adverts, vetting applications and searching for CV’s. This varied and exciting role will have you working on numerous roles for various clientele and chatting with amazing candidates; therefore you should have excellent customer service skills, confidence, and a personable approach whilst maintaining high quality work under pressure.
