£22308 – £24123 Per annum

Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, coordinating with Agencies, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures
Knowledge and Skills:
- Keen attention to detail
- Great Customer Service
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions:
- Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 1700 (1 day in every 4 weeks will be 09:00 – 17:30)
