Job Description: HR Assistant

Location:

East Midlands, Northamptonshire-based College

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:

£22308 – £24123 Per annum

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, coordinating with Agencies, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of HR processes and procedures

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Great Customer Service
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Conditions:

  • Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 1700 (1 day in every 4 weeks will be 09:00 – 17:30)
