Are you a Lecturer in ESOL looking to take a step up in responsibility?
 
You will join a well established team to teach learners aged 14+ a subject you are passionate about.
 
As Course Team Leader, you would be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range programmes.
 
You will teach a range of ESOL courses, supervise a team and day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on maximising student enrolment, attendance, retention and achievement.   

You will possess a degree or equivalent, an ESOL teaching qualification and a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. DET or equivalent), or be willing to achieve a recognised FE sector teaching qualification.  

You should have successful experience of teaching ESOL, a good understanding of the needs of young ESOL learners and will have gained some curriculum co-ordination/leadership experience.  

This is full time and permanent, with a salary range of £38,035 to £44,969 per annum  – plus benefits!
