Position: Early Years Childcare Lecturer
Location: Romford, East London
Department: Health & Social Care Team
Working Hours: 18 hours per week (3 hours on Tuesday, 5 hours on Wednesday, 5 hours on Thursday, and 5 hours on Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Duration: Until 20th June 2025
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Childcare Lecturer to join our Health & Social Care team at an FE College in Romford, East London. This role involves delivering high-quality education and training to students aged 16-19, preparing them for careers in Early Years and Health & Social Care.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in delivering NCFE CACHE Early Years & Education from Entry Level up to T Level.
- Proven experience in delivering NCFE CACHE Health & Social Care from Level 1 up to T Level.
- Experience in teaching 16–19-year-olds.
- Must have a ‘Ready to Go’ DBS, right to work, and all other necessary documents in place and valid. A compliance summary is expected upon submission.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting.
- Experience working in an educational establishment.
Working Hours:
- Teaching: 16 hours per week.
- Administrative Duties: 2 hours per week.
