Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people into work?

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in South Yorkshire on a temporary basis until July 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will support the team with the following: 

  • Provide administrative support across all stages of the recruitment process

  • Draft and post job adverts, manage applications, and schedule interviews

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation

  • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration preferred

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach

  • Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
