Registration call

When you upload your CV to register with Protocol, you will receive a call from one of our Recruitment Experts to discuss what your requirements are within a job, such as whether you want full-time or part-time, your salary expectations and much more. This will then allow us to build a comprehensive profile to send over to the consultants that work within your area, so they can begin searching for the very best roles for you!

Job alerts

As a registered candidate, you will receive exclusive job alerts about positions that suit you before they go out to advert – meaning you can get in there first and ahead of the game if you’re interested. We will contact you via text, call or email to discuss the position and will never send your CV or details over without your permission first! If the role isn’t right of you, no problem, we will move onto the next one.

Career advice & support throughout

Once you receive a role, we won’t just forget about you! Your dedicated consultant will check in with you regularly to see how you’re getting on, and is here to advise you as and when needed. We also pride ourselves on our excellent range of CPD for all candidates, including exclusive discounts with some of the biggest names in the industry (The Skills Network, SDN & Brooks and Kirk to name but a few). This will allow you to be constantly improving your skills and knowledge.

We are a digital-first agency, making it easy for you to submit timesheets and view assignment details online from the comfort of your own home!

Pay & benefits

We pay all candidates PAYE and not via Umbrella Companies – this means tax and NI are deducted automatically, and you will not pay any admin fees to be paid by us! You will also accrue holiday pay, and can be enrolled in a NEST pension scheme. We also have our own in-house DBS processing service, e-Safeguarding, which does not charge any admin fees, and is fully online meaning it is now simpler than ever to get your check processed!
