We believe that’s what sets us apart from the rest – doing things the right way to give you peace of mind.Before any of our temporary or sessional candidates start a new position, we carry out rigorous checks to make sure they’re compliant. That includes making sure that all qualifications have been verified, the relevant training has been completed and appropriate references gained.

DBS checking

We make sure that all of our candidates have a full DBS check for relevant roles, before they start an assignment. eSafeguarding, our online DBS service can return enhanced DBS checks in as little as 24 hours, making the process quick and easy.

Candidate assessments

We’ll assist your organisation in monitoring how your new candidate is getting on, from online candidate assessments to observation feedback. We’ll also have a briefing with the candidate in their first week of the job.
