Do you have a flair for the creative? Are you a digital graphics superstar? Perfect! Protocol are currently recruiting for three digital creative roles for a college within South London. The college is looking for a full-time permanent Creative and Media Arts Lecturer, a full-time Digital Graphics Lecturer to cover a maternity leave for 1 year and a permanent Creative Media Lecturer. Each role will pay between £27,000 and £34,000 per annum.

Role responsibilities

To teach allocated classes.
To act as group tutor as required.
To prepare, deliver and assess students learning to the required high standards and expectations of the College.
To market and promote courses and programmes to a range of stakeholders.
To report on learners progress to parents and other stakeholders 

The person & qualifications

A recognised teaching qualification in a closely related subject

Degree in a closely related subject or equivalent professional qualification at level 4 or above

Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent

Extensive knowledge of motivational and effective pedagogic practices

Substantial knowledge and experience of the range of tutoring, and learner tracking methods needed to ensure stimulating learning experiences

Experience of working in a FE environment, particularly with students aged 16 to 19 years

Well-developed written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of the relevant course content in a vocational setting

Ability to motivate students to maximise their potential

Commercial experience of the subject required to teach of at least 1 years paid employment, or substantial experience of teaching the required subject with evidence of high standards achieved
