Not only does Guernsey offer a wealth of history and attractions but the perfect temporary home for an ambitious full time Teacher of English at KS3/KS4 professional searching for a new opportunity.

If you’re looking for an excuse to head over and see the world-famous Guernsey cow for yourself then here it is! With the island easily accessible and just a 40-minute flight from the UK, this fantastic location offers English-speaking, pounds sterling, left-hand side driving and all with the bonus of more sunshine hours.

Flights or ferry and accommodation are provided throughout the duration of the contract with the transport costs covered at the start and end of each term.

The island offers a wealth of Primary, Secondary Schools and Colleges. We are recruiting for a full time Teacher of English at KS3/KS4.

Role responsibilities

  • Teaching English at KS3/KS4
  • Motivating students to excel in their subject

The person & qualifications

  • A teaching qualification
  • A DBS on the update service or through Protocol
  • A related qualification at level 3 or degree
  • Experience teaching English at KS3/KS4
