To continue with the My Protocol Journey series, we would like to introduce you to Charlotte Maltby, Recruitment Consultant. Charlotte has been part of the Protocol Family for nearly 2 years and is based at our Head Office in Nottingham. Here’s what we found out about Charlotte’s Protocol journey:
What did you do before Protocol?
I worked with a vet on an equine rehabilitation yard while studying at University and then did some freelance riding of other people’s horses alongside. I had never even worked in an office before doing Protocol.
Tell us about your career progression to date.
From coming into the company from a completely different field, I have learned so much from the actual job role and everything involved in working in an office environment. I think I have developed a lot of skills in my time at Protocol.
What do you enjoy about working at Protocol?
Firstly, the PEOPLE, everyone is always supportive, friendly, and up for a laugh. Then it has to be the fast-paced work and the fact that every day is different.
Why would you recommend us to a potential candidate?
We always put our people first! Working at Protocol has been an exciting and great experience, mainly because it’s such a supportive environment. I’ve been able to grow and work with some fantastic team members and candidates.
