To continue with the My Protocol Journey series, we would like to introduce you to Davena Boot, Recruitment Consultant. She has been part of the Protocol family for nearly 2 years and is based at Head Office in Nottingham. Here’s what we found out about Davena’s Protocol journey:
What did you do before Protocol?
I was studying Aviation Management at University and working in retail.
Tell us about your career progression to date.
When I first joined Protocol, I originally applied for a recruitment position but was offered a role on the Compliance team. I’ve worked extremely hard over the last year learning the ins and outs of recruitment, so when an opportunity arose for a promotion, I took it. I’m now a part of team South as a Recruitment Consultant. I’m excited about this new challenge, and I hope in the future to progress more at Protocol – I’m always up for more challenges and advancing my skills and knowledge.
What do you enjoy about working at Protocol?
I love working for Protocol! It’s a fantastic company to work for, the PEOPLE and the atmosphere is really happy and positive.
