To continue the My Protocol Journey series, we would like to introduce you to Hayley Simpson, Recruitment Consultant. Hayley has been part of the Protocol family for over 2 years and is based at our Head Office in Nottingham. Here’s what we found out about Hayley’s Protocol journey:
What did you do before Protocol?
I was an administrator for Lincolnshire County Council, then moved to Nottingham and worked as a Waitress/Bartender in a Nottingham casino before starting in my role at Protocol.
Tell us about your career progression to date.
I began as Recruitment Resourcer in 2019 and started working as a Recruitment Consultant in December 2020.
What do you enjoy about working at Protocol?
We have very jokey and honest working relationships. We work hard, play hard and have a great sense of community.
Why would you recommend us to a potential candidate?
We’re truly are sector specialists within FE, HE, and Skills and work with some fantastic clients.
