Exciting opportunity working for one of the worlds leading firms in accountancy as a Project manager. Day rate £150 depending on experience Work in January and likely to be ongoing, currently 66 learners Based in London (also requirements in Manchester if willing to travel)

Job Purpose
To deliver project management based apprenticeships and training across all Departments and Grades within the Civil Service To establish a reputation as being part of a first class delivery team To coach individual apprentices to ensure they achieve their full potential To support learners towards the successful implementation of policies, targets and processes To work with the wider delivery team as and when required to meet the key business objectives

The Individual
Extensive experience of working in a project management role either in the public sector or the private sector Highly experienced and highly qualified assessor/professional with extensive experience of training groups of all levels Excellent communication and rapport building skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels Passionate about learning and practice of own continued development Ability to identify individual learner needs and be adaptive to their requirements Ability to provide feedback in a way that motivates individual learners

Qualifications
Subject matter knowledge of the following: Apprenticeship standard/framework delivery and portfolio development Knowledge of awarding organisations or End Point Assessment Organisations PRINCE 2/Agile/PMQ qualification highly desirable
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and approaches (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE) Candidates will need an enhanced DBS and will have to be put through a BPSS check by KPMG before starting too.
Exact days not confirmed yet but looking for willing assessors to grow their training arm with the Civil Service Learners
