Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to deliver educational, motivational and informative practical sessions to students in a college workshop setting based in South Yorkshire.

We are seeking candidates who are experienced working within the Plumbing industry and have the drive and motivation to step into teaching and help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Plumbing industry, experience of working with young people or apprentices, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. 

This role is a full-time, permanent position, allowing industry specialists to step into a teaching role or for experienced lecturers looking for their next opportunity. 

The person & qualifications

  • Hold a teaching qualification (or be working towards) 
  • Hold a relevant Plumbing qualification 
  • Have experience working with young people/ apprentices in a workshop environment
  • The knowledge and confidence to work with students on the practical elements of the Plumbing courses
