Protocol are proud to be supporting a leading FE establishment based in Greater Manchester with their search for an experience health and social care lecturer to join their fantastic team. 
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about health and social care have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with health and social care, experience of teaching/ assessing, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. 

This role would be working full time, on a permanent contract. 

 Role responsibilities

  • Successful delivery of health and social care qualifications levels 1-3 mainly.

 The person & qualifications

  • Must have a degree in a health or social care subject-this can include Psychology, Sociology and Biology
  • Must have 2 years industry and 2 years teaching/training experience within a further education setting
  • Must hold a teaching qualification
