Apply nowProtocol are delighted to invite a skilled Early years Trainer to deliver and assess students on their Early years courses based in and around the North of England.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Early years and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early years, experience of teaching and assessing students in the workplace, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
This role is a full time permanent position and will be taking on a caseload of ~55 learners based around the North of England. The ideal candidate will work remotely from home but be expected to travel 60/70 miles to visit learners every 8 – 12 weeks.
The person & qualifications
- A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (Early years)
- An assessors award
- Experience teaching and assessing Early years across a range of levels
- Have a great attitude to teaching and learning and show passion within delivery
