Protocol are currently recruiting for a permanent Horticultural Trainer in the Kings Lynn area of West Anglia! We are currently looking to speak to any trainers or assessors with experience within the Horticultural industry! this position would be based mostly off-site but there would be occasional travel to the college required for meetings and training sessions.

Job title: Horticultural Trainer
Hours: 30 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday)
Pay rate: £20,442 per annum
Start date: ASAP

Role responsibilities

  • To provide on-going support of and delivery of learning and assessment of learners in a variety of workplaces
  • Comply with Learning and Assessment methods
  • To contribute to the recruitment, initial assessment and on-going support of learners in the workplace

The person & qualifications

  • Level 2 Vocational Qualification in a relevant subject
  • An Assessors Qualification (Or be willing to work to one)
  • A broad subject knowledge and recent occupational competence in the relevant area 
  • Maths and English up to level 2
