Apply nowProtocol is working with a Rotherham based college to provide a full time, temporary to permanent Admin Coordinator for their Estates team.
This role provides an administrative support service to the Facilities Management / Estates department, which assists its overall efficient and effective operation. You will take on various admin and management tasks in this role, ensuring communication, documentation, and teams coordination is maintained at a high standard.
The Facilities Management/Estates team support a variety of tasks including opening and closing buildings, grounds maintenance, porterage, cleaning and furniture removals, across the College’s buildings. As a member of the administration team you will contribute towards ensuring the college Facilities Management/Estates function, buildings and general site are safe and kept in good order for all attendees.
This is a temporary to permanent role working 37 hours per week, and it pays £12 – £14 per hour + holiday pay.
Role responsibilities
- Attending and contributing in team meetings.
- Work co-operatively within the team and across the Group in support of the strategic goals.
- Share and develop your skills and knowledge.
- Taking part in the Groups appraisal process.
- Contribute to the Business Improvement Planning Process, suggesting logical
reasoned proposals. - Have active involvement in the department Self-Assessment Process.
The person & qualifications
- Experience working with accuracy in an administration role/ enviroment.
- Excellent English and Mathematics skills
- Excellent communications skills
