Apply nowProtocol are working with an esteemed college in Greater Manchester to recruit for experience AAT lecturers to join them on a full time, long term temporary basis.
The college is graded ‘Good’ for Ofsted and is a high-achieving FE college with some tremendous advances in recent times in terms of the quality and choice in their facilities, results and reputation.
The role
The role to begin in September, is full time, and is long term temporary (it will be reviewed on a termly basis.)
The role will involve providing good or better teaching of the AAT BTEC syllabus, L1-L3. You will also be coaching students to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours. Unlocking their potential to maximise their own performance to enable them to achieve their current and future aspirations. Monitor student progress and performance, providing individual and tailored support that fully prepares students for assessment.
The person and qualifications
- AAT, Finance or related degree
- Experience of teaching AAT L1-L3
- Hold a teaching qualification
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get one
