Role responsibilities

  • To deliver Leadership and Management qualifications to apprentices in the workplace

 

Qualifications and experience required:

  • 5 years’ minimum experience at manager / senior manager level
  • Assessor qualification 
  • Teaching qualification – AiET is preferred but not essential

 

Skills and behaviours required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literate, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily
  • Self-motivated and the ability to influence and motivate learners
  • Full driving licence / use of car
