The role is varied but will involve the following:
Continue to develop our online training library of care courses. Develop training and education products and services for our existing customer base of 2500+ care homes across the UK. Design and develop online qualifications through to managing the accreditation process with awarding bodies. Run online educational webinars for our customers on relevant subjects within the sector.
Teaching qualification – PTTLS L3 or above or equivalent
Health and Social Care Diploma Level 2,3,4 and above or equivalent
Level 7 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
Level 3 Assessor qualification or equivalent
Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Process & Practice
Reporting directly into the MD, you should ideally have 5+ years strong operational experience in running Health and Social Care services, as well as another 5+ years as a Health and Social Care Training practitioner.
Ideally you to have the following experience: Extensive experience in designing and developing high quality health and social care courses Experience in the management of services delivering care and support to adults Management of an accredited Assessment Centre for Health and Social Care Diplomas and Leadership and Management at Level 5 Design and deliver qualifications and apprenticeships for staff working within the health and social care sector
