Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a FT Permanent basis as a SEN Teacher (PMLD / SLD), Starting from September 2019. Will be working 36 hours per week.
Salary £27743 to £38691 per annum

To plan, develop, coordinate and implement individual curriculum programmes for students with profound and multiple learning difficulties include (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism. You would provide a holistic education programme, integrating sensory, academic, social and emotional needs of individual students, and teach on a range of programmes across the College.
The person & qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience of teaching ASD, SLD & PMLD including functional skills
- Previously delivered RARPA
- Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice
- Possess a degree or similar in related area
- Hold a teaching qualification
- Experience of implementing Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, Teachh & CALM Teaching
