Protocol are pleased to present the opportunity for a Site Carpentry Lecturer to join a dedicated faculty, based on a modern college campus in West Yorkshire on a temporary on-going basis with no end date in sight. This FE provider recognises that dedication to their staff, working both in and out of the classroom, is crucial to ensuring that their learners achieve their full potential. They are seeking to include a proactive and enthusiastic individual in their mission to be an outstanding provider of vocational qualifications.
The right candidate will be able to dedicate 15 hours a week to supporting learners to achieve their Site Carpentry qualifications up to level 3, helping them cross the T’s and dot the I’s on their journey to becoming competent working professionals. - To lead classroom and workshop sessions for Site Carpentry qualifications up to level 3
- Assess progress of learners in relation to the knowledge element of the standard
The person & qualifications
- A minimum level 3 qualification in relevant subject
- A teaching qualification
- Experience delivering Site Carpentry up to level 3
- A DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
