Protocol are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading STEM provider based in west Yorkshire to recruit for a programme manager on a full time permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing teaching staff and ensuring high quality teaching and assessment. 

 

Role responsibilities

  • Manage effective delivery across all engineering cohorts including mechanical, electrical and fabrication and welding. 
  • Liaise with awarding bodies such as EAL and City and Guilds.
  • contribute to development of new engineering standards. 

 

The person & qualifications

  • Certificate in Education
  • 5 years minimum experience in training or further Education
  • Relevant industry competency
  • knowledge of apprenticeship standards
