Role responsibilities

  • Assessing students on Catering & Hospitality courses
  • Ensure students adhere to health & safety practices 

The person & qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Food Preperation & Cookery or Hospitality Management qualification
  • Experience of assessing in the Hospitality & Catering sector
  • Ensure staff adhere to the health & safety and equal opportunities policies
