Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled and highly experienced Administrator to work within the colleges central administrations team, based within a beautiful countryside setting in Nottingham.
We are seeking candidates who have extensive experience within college administration and who possess exception organisational and interpersonal skills and the confidence and enthusiasm to successfully, act as a liaison with ALS schools of learning, local authorities, other professionals and young people and their parents/carers.
You will have recent, relevant understanding of additional needs as well as excellent organisational, administrative and secretarial skills. You will have a working knowledge of office technology packages, including word processing applications, databases and spreadsheets. Ideally, you will be qualified in Business Administration to Level 2 with a willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification if not already held.
This role is for 22.5 hours per week for ongoing cover.
The person & qualifications
Hold a level 2 qualification in Business Admin
Have experience as an Administrator – ideally within education
Hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
