Protocol are currently working with a fantastic provider of Further Education to recruit for a temporary Digital Marketing and Sales Trainer in the East London area.

This client has excellent links with businesses, professionals and industry experts. Last rated as GOOD in April 2016, the client is consistently investing to keep up with its students demands. Role responsibilities

  • To positively promote Digital Skills Solutions, our vision, values, policies, and corporate standards at all times
  • To ensure that the highest standards of customer service and care are provided at all times
  • Attend and contribute to team meeting and quality improvement meetings
  • To attend monthly progress review meetings.
  • To engage fully in the appraisal and performance review process
  • Ensure that continual professional development is current and industry relevant
  • It may be required, from time to time, to carry out additional tasks from those defined above but associated with your role under the instruction of your line manager.
  • Undertake all associated administrative duties and complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

You will need to have:

  • A Degree in Business Management, or Sales and Marketing or equivalent
  • A Coding certification
  • Level 2 English and Maths

The below is desirable: 

  • A minimum level 3 teaching qualification
  • An Assessing, Coaching Qualification (CAVA)
  • Membership of professional bodies such as BCS, APS
