Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled mechanical Tutor to deliver engineering maths and research lessons in a college setting based in South Yorkshire.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about mechanical engineering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.  

This role is part-time, consisting of hours on Tuesdays (9am – 12.15pm), Thursdays (9am – 11am & 2pm – 6pm) and Fridays (2pm – 6pm), on a temporary-ongoing basis.

The person & qualifications

  • A qualification in an Engineering subject
  • A teaching qualification
  • Experience delivering engineering maths and engineering research up to level 5
