Protocol is delighted to be working with an education provider in the East of England to recruit to the position of Teaching and Learning Coach (English and Maths).

The post-holder will be responsible for improving the quality of teaching with the English and Maths departments,

Role responsibilities

  • Teach an allocated number of hours within subject specialism.
  • Act as a mentor to lecturers of English and Maths.
  • Observe lessons and feedback to lecturers on where improvements can be made. 

The person & qualifications

  • A relevant degree (or equivalent) within English or Maths
  • Extensive experience of teaching English or Maths within an FE setting.
  • A proven track record of delivering Outstanding teaching.
  • A level 5 teaching qualification.
  • Curriculum management experience (desirable).
