Protocol are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading, quality orientated Training Provider with a national footprint. Our client are going through exceptional levels of growth due to outstanding success within the marketplace and as a result, are working with us exclusively to support in their recruitment of a new AEB Manager to join their team in the North West (other locations will be accepted due to home working). 


Role responsibilities

  • Management of AEB Programmes nationwide
  • Be the lead on all aspects of quality
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to grow the business further
  • Grow and manage a remote team 
  • Be client focused, delivering success at all levels 


The person & qualifications

  • Passionate about quality and striving to be better consistently 
  • Willing to travel as and when necessary 
  • Ability to manage a remote team – growing this at the same time
  • Proven success managing AEB provisions
