Protocol are delighted to be working on behalf of a growing training provider with national reach in order to recruit for a Management Training Lead who will lead of quality and development and Management and Customer Service Apprenticeships. Our client have a strong image in their space and as such, the chosen candidate must have an eye for and be passionate about all things quality. 


Role responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of the curriculum area
  • Monitor retention, achievement and success rates
  • Work closely with the wider management team in relation to the aims and goals of the business 
  • Maintain all relevant course documentation in line with the relevant Quality Assurance Procedures
  • Deliver exceptional training and assessment services to learners
  • Be able to work with clients and offer your support 
  • Provide mentoring and support to the Management and Customer Service Curriculum Team


The person & qualifications

  • Recognised management qualification to at least Level 5
  • Teaching and/or assessing qualification
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Adaptable at all times
