Protocol are delighted to invite an experienced public services lecturer to deliver on the higher education public services courses (policing) in a college setting based in West Yorkshire.

We are seeking candidates who are experienced within Policing and uniformed public services and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policing, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. 

This role is part-time, consisting of 12 – 15 hours per week and will run on an on-going basis. 

The person & qualifications

  • A qualification in a relevant subject (public services/ policing) 
  • A teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching public serves within higher education (specifically policing)
