Computing Lecturer, Merseyside

Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Computing Lecturer to deliver from entry level 3 up to level 2 learners for a college based in Birkenhead. 

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Computing and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computing, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. 

This position will be working full days (9am-4pm) on Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays and Fridays starting in January.

The role will also consist of delivering short courses: 

Beginners guide to MS Teams adult evening course Wednesdays 5-7pm 11/01 for 4 weeks.

Social Media for Business adult evening course Mondays 5-7pm for 4 weeks.

Role responsibilities

• Delivering from entry level 3 up to level 2 learners
• Delivering adult courses 

The person & qualifications

• Hold a minimum level 3 within Computing or equivalent 
• Have a teaching qualification 
• Experience teaching computing up to level 2
