Protocol are currently working with a Buckinghamshire-based FE college on their recruitment of a Head of MIS & Admissions. They are looking for someone to lead the day-to-day activities, in relation to admissions, enrolment, timetables, exams and funding compliance. Role responsibilities

  • Liaise with funding partners such as the ESFA, GLA and HESA regarding funding
    requirements and ensure that there are effective channels of dissemination and
    communication regarding all types of external funding.
  • Act as the primary point of expertise on all funding and data rules and
    regulations. Disseminate to College staff and subcontractors through regular
    training and support
  • Work closely with curriculum staff to ensure delivery of an effective student
    recruitment and progression process. To be responsible for achieving annual
    admissions target ratios: from enquiry to application and application to enrolment.

The person & qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of FE funding
    and examination systems
  • Understanding of ESFA and other agencies ILR and
    audit data requirements
  • Ability to use SQL reporting language
