We are looking for a encouraging and supportive Light Vehicle Technical Trainer to join an award winning employer? Maybe you are are an experienced Light Vehicle Technician who believes you would make a great trainer?

Role responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering high quality training to our valued commercial customers in their custom-built training centre. 
  • Responsible for carrying out assessment on candidates, checking their competency against awarding body requirements. 

  • Responsible completing administrative duties in a timely manner to certificate candidates quickly and effectively.

 The person & qualifications

  • You’ll already have gained experience and acquired extensive knowledge in the Light Vehicle sector as a technician or similar.

  • You’ll possess great interpersonal skills, as well as being organised and confident. You’ll also be great at working on your own initiative, and equally, you’ll operate well in a team environment.

  • All necessary training will be provided.


  • Automotive Level 3 Qualification
  • Driving License 
  • 5 years working in an automotive environment 


  • Teacher training 
  • IMI Inspection Technician accreditation 
  • IMI MOT Tester accreditation 
  • IMI level 3 light electric hybrid vehicle system repair and replacement
