We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Training Manager, who has experience managing an automotive apprenticeship provision. As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for both the apprenticeship and commercial automotive training, managing a team of 6 Technical Trainers to deliver high quality training. 

Role responsibilities

As the Automotive Training Manager, you put your planning, analytical and performance management skills into practice so that curriculum is delivered effectively, and learners will benefit from high quality learning.  To do this you will lead a team of highly skilled technical trainers and maintain the substantially equipped learning environment. Undertaking strong performance management, you will meet organisational and regulatory standards, growth opportunities and expectations for continual improvement to provide a fully immersive experience.


  • Level 3 Motor Vehicle Qualification


  • Level 4 Teaching Qualification
  • Recognised Internal Quality Assurance Award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4)
  • Level 2 Safeguarding Qualification
  • Level 3 Management Qualification
  • Level 3 Information Advice and Guidance
